Jamaica Music Countdown January 18-24, 2013 by Richie B… Romain Virgo tops the Reggae Singles charts with “Don’t You Remember”, “Money Box” – Movado tops dancehall singles

The countdown by Richie B looks good this third week of 2013. On the Reggae Chart, we welcome veterans Sean Paul, Nadine Sutherland, and strongholds such as Richie Stephens, Tarrus Riley, but Romain Virgo steals top spot with “Don’t You Remember”. On the dancehall chart Tommy Lee sweeps second place with popular “Uncle Demon”, yielding to Mavado’s “Money Box” in top spot. With growing popularity of Tommy Lee’s Uncle Demon, let’s see how long it will remain at second spot however, even as Jamaicans clamour for the Money Box.
